Blocking and Serving Clinic

Blocking is a simple skill, but difficult to master.
We focused on proper footwork when moving along the net, and appropriate arm function to press over the net while not slapping forward.
The serving portion was to target the aggressive flat float serve and the heavy spin serve.We also looked at smart locations to serve in different scenarios.

Offensive Clinic

Attacking is everyone's favorite skill. In this clinic we worked on proper footwork for an aggressive attack, strong hand contact for both line and cross shots, as well as swinging against a block.
A smart hitter is an effective hitter. We highlighted the importance of how to manage a good strong attack in any situation and against any block.
